Clear cancellation choices.

The policy shown when you book is saved with your reservation. All cutoffs are calculated from the scheduled arrival time. Review the refund preview before cancelling.

Flexible

A full parking-subtotal refund is available when you cancel at least 24 hours before arrival. Within 24 hours of arrival, the parking subtotal is not refundable under this policy.

Moderate

A full parking-subtotal refund is available at least five days before arrival. After that cutoff and before arrival, 50% of the parking subtotal is refundable. At or after arrival, the parking subtotal is not refundable under this policy.

15-minute grace period

You may cancel within 15 minutes of confirmed payment for a full refund if your parking period has not started.

Monthly agreements

Recurring monthly parking requires 30 days’ notice to terminate. Charges and any final proration follow the agreement shown at booking. A fixed-date stay using a monthly rate is not automatically a recurring agreement.

Owner cancellation or unusable space

If an owner cancels or cannot provide the booked space, the affected booking is eligible for a full refund. Partial disruptions are reviewed for an appropriate proportional refund. Refunds are returned through the original payment method; bank timing varies.

Taxes are adjusted according to the applicable tax treatment. There is no renter service fee to deduct.
