Privacy at Park It All.

We collect account details, vehicle dimensions and identifiers, property details, booking information, messages, and payment-provider references to operate the marketplace. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider.

Information owners and renters share

Public listings show property descriptions, permitted vehicle types, rules, photos, and city/state information. Private addresses and access instructions are restricted. Booking participants receive information needed to provide and use the reserved space.

Account and security

Passwords are hashed. Private property and vehicle-identifying information is encrypted in storage. Authorized support staff may review information necessary to investigate a reported issue.

Your choices

You can edit saved vehicles and draft listings through your account. Financial and reservation records may need to remain available after a vehicle or listing is removed. Marketing and optional text-message choices are separate from essential booking notices.

Prelaunch policy review is still required for the operating entity, privacy contact, retention schedule, and service providers. This page is not approved for public launch.
