Your responsibilities

Provide accurate account, vehicle, and property information. Owners must have authority to offer the space and permit the uses they advertise. Renters must book for a permitted vehicle, follow property rules, and leave when their reservation ends.

Bookings and payments

A request does not reserve a space until it is accepted and payment confirms the reservation. The price, dates, vehicle, occupancy choice, and cancellation policy shown at checkout form the booking record.

Permitted use

Parking permission does not include sleeping or staying in a vehicle unless the listing and booking expressly allow it. Never assume HOA, lease, or local restrictions have been waived. Do not use the marketplace for prohibited or hazardous activity.

Owner fee

The owner commission is 15.5% of the eligible parking subtotal, including payment processing. Refunds, disputes, taxes, and provider requirements may affect amounts due or payout timing.
